IThis fee helps cover Afristich’s buyer protection, secure payment handling, quality assurance review, order

Afristich protects buyers through vendor vetting, staged vendor payouts, and quality assurance at the Lagos office before items are cleared for final shipment.

For bespoke wear, you choose a vendor, share your measurements and design needs, chat with the vendor, agree on a final price, then accept the vendor's offer before production begins.

For ready-to-wear, raw fabric, and accessories, you browse available options, choose the item you want, place the order, and pay the fixed listed price.

Yes. Buyers have 48 hours after confirmed delivery to report specific issues such as a wrong item, missing item, damaged package, materially different item, or a major defect not reasonably detectable during Afristich's QA review.

You must submit photos or videos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and the specific issue within the 48-hour claims window.

The claims window does not cover buyer's remorse, minor preference issues, fit concerns caused by incorrect buyer measurements, or subjective dissatisfaction when the item matched the approved order and passed Afristich QA.
